Shipping policy

All orders are shipped out within 7 to 15 business days, and I proudly stand behind the quality of every single tote I make.

If your tote happens to arrive damaged during transit, please take photos of both the damage and the packaging immediately, then email them to me within 48 hours. I will personally handle the shipping claim with the carrier and send you a brand-new replacement at no cost to you, saving you the hassle of dealing with the carrier yourself.

Your satisfaction is my priority, so if you are not completely happy with your tote for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I will gladly repair, replace, or refund your order at my own expense. I want every customer to genuinely love the tote they bought, and if something isn't right, I will make it right.
