Each tote bag is custom made to order, with a standard production time of 7 to 14 business days following your order confirmation. Once your flag is ready, it will be shipped free of charge anywhere within the US via FedEx or UPS Ground, complete with tracking information. Shipping within the continental US generally takes an additional 3 to 5 business days, making the total estimated time from purchase to delivery between 10 and 19 business days.
I take great pride in my craftsmanship and stand firmly behind every piece I create. If your flag arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please reach out within 14 days of delivery so I can arrange a repair, a replacement, or a full refund at my own expense. Additionally, if your package is damaged during transit, please take immediate photographs of both the item and its packaging, and email them to me within 48 hours. I will take care of filing the shipping claim with the carrier and send out a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.
